Web Shop Company is led by serial entrepreneur Patrick L.Pylypuik. While serving in an executive role with Professional Sports Franchises, Pat turned a hobby into a multi-million dollar business developing job boards for various verticals. After selling the job board business he shifted focus to web development for the small business market. In 1999 Pat developed approximately fifteen individual websites. Today that number grown to over 3000 successful projects. While eNiche Commerce focuses on companies with sales in excess of $50M the Web Shop Companies focus on emerging companies with revenues less than $10M. Perhaps Pat's greatest ability to achieve Return on Investment for its clients through a strategic approach using the latest technologies and a sound understanding of marketing on the internet. Pat spends his spare time watching his favorite sport hockey and team the Findlay GRRRowl. |

Lonnie Nitschke has spent over ten years in sales and management in various industries. This has included a combined total of ten season in minor league hockey with the Toledo Storm as an Assistant General Manager and Director of Operations. He has also spent time as a project manager in the automotive industry. Lonnie is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. |

Caleb is an Account Executive, consulting on projects involving strategic development and search engine marketing. Graduating from Randolph-Macon College with a B.A. degree in Business / Economics and a minor in French, Caleb's excels in identifying strategies to capitalize in their markets.He also has experience as a marketing assistant where he supported business managers in developing proposals, creating marketing materials, providing market analysis, also gaining experience in graphic design. Caleb's expertise is providing creative solutions to customers and now he's able to do that directly for our clients in his role as Account Executive. |

Mary is currently a Market Manager with Web Shop Company. In her capacity of Market Manager, Mary specializes in assisting local businesses to utilize their website as an information and marketing tool. Prior to working with Web Shop Company, Mary spent seven years as a recruiter in the insurance industry. Mary has earned an Associate's degree from Monroe Community College, and is furthering her education at the University of Toledo where she was a member of the Phi Kapp Phi Honors Society. |

Dan started his business career early, while still in high school he began telemarketing for Everdry Waterproofing. Since then he has worked with various construction and home remodeling businesses. He has been in charge training direct marketers in both Ohio and Michigan. Dan has also worked as a Director of Events and Promotions and dealt with the Detroit Tigers and Pistons in this capacity. Before joining eNiche Marketing Dan was the Director of Marketing for Atlas Home Improvement, handling all aspects of a $500,000 marketing program. |

Jarett is an artist and a designer. He carries an Associate's degree in web design from Stautzenberger College where he began his initial training in web and computer graphics work. He followed that with two years as a professional designer for Community ISP in Toledo, then decided to go back to school while learning the world of sales and customer service as a department Senior at Best Buy. Currently he is working on his Bachelor's degree at Westwood College Online in art and design and his highly competetant in Adobe products (Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects), 3D animation software (Maya, 3D Studio Max, zBrush), traditional drawing methods (pencil and paper) and one day hopes to rule the world. |

David has an Associate's degree from Owens Community College, which covers the full discipline of graphic design; from print to web to 3D animation. After attending Owens, he went on to the University of Toledo to focus on web design. He is skilled and experienced in many applications, especially those in under the Adobe umbrella such as Flash, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. |
